Mental Health
19:00
online
Sometimes we feel tired, anxious or notice changes in ourselves – and we’re not sure whether this is a normal reaction to stress and moving house, or something we should pay attention to.
At this session, we will discuss:
- which psychological reactions are natural in situations of stress and adjustment;
- what signs might indicate burnout, anxiety or depression;
- when self-care is enough, and when it is worth seeking help.
You will receive clear guidelines to help you:
- better understand your own state of mind;
- reduce anxiety caused by uncertainty;
- figure out where to turn within the Swedish support system.
We will also briefly explain when to contact:
a health centre, psychologist, counsellor, talk therapist, or BUP – and what you can realistically expect from these services.
