Within the mental health service of the Empower UA project for Ukrainians in Sweden, we provide psychoeducational formats aimed at increasing psychological awareness, emotional resilience, and self-regulation skills.
Psychoeducation offers accessible explanations of psychological processes along with practical tools that help participants better understand their emotions, reactions, and behavioral patterns in situations of stress, adaptation, and life transitions.
The goal of this direction is to strengthen internal resources and support well-being through knowledge, awareness, and practice.

PsyRetreat - A One-Day Psychological and Somatic Recovery Event
