EmpowerHUB invites Ukrainian youth (16-29 years old) with temporary protection in Sweden to a meeting in Gothenburg about democracy and rights.

What do you know about your rights in Sweden?

You live in Sweden, use services, maybe study or work.
But do you know what rights you actually have here and what to do if something goes wrong?

We are starting a series of meetings for young people aged 16-29 — a space where you can understand how democracy works in Sweden and how it affects you.

We meet in an informal atmosphere over coffee and snacks in a circle of proactive young people who want to better understand their rights and be active members of society.

At the first meeting, we will talk about simple things:
— what democracy is not in theory, but in life
— what rights do you have here in Sweden
— what to do if something seems unfair
— and why it is sometimes difficult to understand how the system works

It is also important for us to hear from you: what you already know, what is unclear and what is worth talking about further.
